*Above all the others in the room a very well dressed monkey swung on a loose rope, his eyes watching the other members of the court chat among themselves. After seeing his main goal, his own Captain, he swung down with one movement onto Barbossa's shoulder. He gave the other Jack in the room a dirty look before settling on Barbossa.*

Jack looked up at the monkey as it swung down to Barbossa and scowled at it then took another drag on the rum. Suddenly he caught sight of Tia and a huge drunken grin spread across his face and he stood up, falling over in the process and swaggered over to her "Tia Dalma!"

Tia had been watching Jack the monkey, he always amused her with his cheeky, cunning ways. Just then she was interupted by the slurs of the real Jack calling her name & stumbling towards her. She smirked to herself when she thought how alike he was to the monkey.
"Whitty Jack Sparrow, I meet you in good form this day..."

Jack smirked drunkenly and put an arm around Tia's waist and half shouted "How are ya? Fancy a drink?" he offered Tia a bottle then whispered hoarsely in her ear "Should we tell them 'bout Jones..." Then looked around at the quietly mumbling pirates around, all were half ignoring them apart from Barbossa - Jack glared over at him before turning back to Tia

((ooc: lol, yea it would be hard for you to make sense through a sentence of non-sense!! Tia can be hard too, but you just have to think of her voice & then its a bit easier to think of the things she might say! also instead of saying "he" you say "him"!! XD))
Tia politely refuse the rum from Jack as he was acting rather friendly...Too friendly...She suspected he just wanted her drunk. She wasn't falling for that one...again!
But Jack was, for once, asking a sensible question. When everyone finds out, there will be a lot of angry faces. "Them all have a right to know, Jack. I think we should tell them."

Jack nodded and looked down at the floor as he let go of Tia's waist - he could see she wasn't going to fall for it... He climbed up on the table, almost falling off in the process, and shouted "My fellow pirates! Please turn your undivided attention to the idiot on the table. Thankyou. I have an announcement to make!" he looked down at Tia before turning back to the pirates "Me and my crew, and Tia, have recently discovered that... Davy Jones has returned!" as he said this last word he threw open his arms and some of the rum in his bottle slopped out onto some of the pirates and he fell off the table spectacularly then mumbled as he stood up again "Tia would you do the honours..." the surrounding pirates were muttering and shifting uneasily all around Jack as he stood up, taking yet another swig of rum as he did so and he looked over at Tia, knowing he was far too drunk to make a proper announcement...

Tia looked suddenly at Jack with a blank look on her face. She was about to argue with him, but then realised it probably would be best if she told them, after all it was her who brought him back in the first place...
She moved forward into the middle of the crowd so everyone could see her. "Yes, Jack is right. Davy Jones has returned...But it was I who brought him back, for my own reasons. You do not need to worry because him is a part of the sea & cannot harm you. Don' go looking for him either, you will not find him & you can not harm him. You just need to know he is back."
She looked around at the sea of confussed faces, but as most of them were drunk, she suspected they would have forgotten this by the morning, or think it was a bad dream.
She turned & looked at Jack, she didnt think she needed to tell them any more, but perhaps he wanted to add something.

Jack took a bottle from a nearby pirate as Tia spoke, and then looked at her blearily and said loudly "I say we bring 'im back, then giv 'im back his ol' Dutchman, eh? That Will character is somewhat not playing his part as it were... After all, Jones was the Pirate King... And Will doesnt have the tentacle accessories to go with 'is captaincy, eh?!" Jack was of course speaking nonsense. He just said whatever came into his head out of drunkness and he promptly fell over with a blissful grin on his face as the pirates around him snorted with laughter
